Welcome to GymDroid, a workout tracking application developed and operated by Dedaldev ("we," "our," "us," or "Company"). By downloading, accessing, or using the GymDroid mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dedaldev. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the workout data, custom exercises, notes, and other content you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant Dedaldev a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

While we store your data on cloud servers, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of User Content due to technical failures, account deletion, or service termination.
GymDroid may offer premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases ("Paid Features"). By purchasing Paid Features:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMDROID IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEDALDEV, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dedaldev regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Dedaldev.
